Crazy, Happy September

I woke up this morning feeling like updating my FB status to cheesy "wake me up when September ends."

The day started so bleak and the only thing that was keeping my spirit up was Hubby's wet cupping therapy. I'm glad that he is finally getting help for his sciatica and lower back pain. He spent half of the day at a clinic in Sharjah while Little C and I stayed home. I had to wait for some emails and phone calls.

After a trip to the play area and Hubby coming back from his therapy, expected emails has not arrived and no blogging tasks for me either to keep my mind occuppied.

 We had Indian take-away for dinner then afterwards, my inbox got busy. The email we needed to bring to the embassy finally arrived. And I got an offer from a British advertiser. 

Crazy, happy first day of September.

Dubai Police Cars

The fire alarm went off the other week on the building right next to ours. There was a thin smoke coming out of the third floor but authorities were quick to respond. The first to arrive was a Fortuner police mobile patrol, then two fire trucks, and then this BMW police car. Thankfully, no one was harmed because residents had ample time to get out of their apartment. I really am beginning to love Discovery Gardens Community =)
