A big, warm hello to my fellow weekenders! Hubby's club was part of the logistics committee during the 111th Philippine Independence Day Celebration. We went to the venue Al Nasr Leisureland as early as 5 a.m. to help decorate and prepare the place. Here is my son trying to take the center stage just before the proper ceremonies start.

Saturday, we went for a little shopping for summer toys. The chlorinated water of the swimming pool has been drying up our eyes so we decided to buy goggles and a body board for Andreas.

Thank you so much everyone for the visit and for your wishes. I am excited to see your WS entries as well.
Luna, don't worry, my son will probably be a baker since he enjoys playing with my baking utensils. Or even a driver as he steers everything round. I will probably die of heart attack if he wishes to run as baranggay captain. (*_*)
Ann (of Darly, thank you for the visit. Ako din, would have wanted to go to Safa Flea Market but hubby is a little patriotic (*_*) and thinks we all should do our part as Filipinos on times like this. Anyways, we all had fun and i look forward to the celebration next year.
