Here is a breakfast i prepared for my Andreas.
Yes, just freshly squeezed orange juice and a slice of home made carrot cake. My version of the cake includes pineapple tidbits, chopped walnuts, and cream cheese spread (i use Puck brand coz they are always on sale at Union Coop). I will be posting the recipe soon. The marshmallows on top is simply a treat for him -- as usual, the sugar of the cake is regulated. That makes for a meal loaded with vitamin c, carotene, protein, and carbo.
There are days when Andreas will eat plenty. There are days when he will just have three spoonful of the meal. And that is fine with me. Meal time should be fun and i do not believe in forcing them to eat. They know their system better.

I love your toddler meal posts coz m getting ideas from it.
My bebe is 15 months old now, and although she is not picky with food, m running out of ideas on what to feed her. Also, i think its a good idea to document these meals (sort of like a recipe box we can pass on to our kids to give to their kids di ba.
Thanks for the inspiration and i will do the same from now on.
Happy Wednesday!!
You are most welcome, Ann. I just want to be more creative with food and give them more than chicken nuggets hihi.
I will look forward to your toddler meal posts.
