Howdy visitors! Hope you are having a wonderful Tuesday. Here is another breakfast for my lil' Andreas.
Yoghurt, fresh strawberries, and slices of orange. He finished Milupa breadsticks earlier so these consist of his late breakfast. I am consciously packing more vitamin C rich foods to his meals to strengthen his immune system. We bring him out everynight and the sudden, extreme change of temperature (41 degrees outside and 24 degrees C inside shopping malls because of aircon) sometimes bring colds and runny nose to toddlers. Also, the increasing number of people positive with H1V1 virus will make any parent in the gulf take extra precautions. So far, Andreas has not experienced any colds and I am still not giving him vitamin C supplements. Hubby and I stick with citrus fruits.

yeah Momi Rose. Early on, we saw to it to include fresh fruits in his diet.
