an ofcmate from Batangas brings this kind of rice cake to the office once in a while. i'd go for grated cheese, not grated coconut.

compared to the past 2 Christmases here, I'm now so looking forward for this one as I can celebrate it with my mom. hopefully talaga her visa gets approved.
we'll definitely have noche buena. starting this year, my Christmases here in Korea will be different. i'll do my best to teach my baby to really celebrate it the way we do way back home.
