Today, we received another New Year postcard from a very good family friend, W (he also happens to be a godparent to my son). He is a highly skilled woodworking professional and the card also informs that he will be opening his woodworks and furniture business next month, wow!We are very happy for him and his family because they have been planning to put this up for years. W used to work for a giant furniture company. After 10 years, he finally decided to start his own. He wanted a family business that he could pass on to his three children. He consulted Hubby plenty of times regarding wood suppliers so we feel for them on this glorious moment.
For a family gift, we decided to send him a check starter kit. He will be definitely issuing company checks to clients and suppliers. We wish their family all the luck to their new endeavor!
