Girls Talk theme for the week is a perfect date movie. My answers will come in two parts: for the boyfriend and for the husband.
I've never been to a movie date. Not even in college. I know it's crazy but I thought that dark movie houses and a boyfriend were deadly combination lolzzzz. But then again, I didn't have a boyfriend in college. I watched Titanic alone. And cried alone when Rose kept shouting in her hoarse voice "Jack! Jack!" while she holds tightly to her floater wahahaaaa.
Now given the chance that Hubby and I would go to a movie date while we were still dating (that would entail a lot of persuasion and a license to wed - kidding!) I would pick something funny without any hint of marriage and nothing about a Royal family.
The movie would be Hitch starring Will Smith and Eva Mendez. Ever heard of a "date doctor"? The 2005 romantic comedy is about getting clues and success on the dating world of the new millenium. Think getting dating advice from Will Smith and you'll die laughing.
As for the husband. I would want something sexy and no guns and bombings for a change. We always watch war movies and that is fine with me. However, this is a date night and I demand romance afterwards hahahaa.
The movie I chose is Vicky Christina Barcelona for three reasons: Scarlett Johannson, architecture works of Gaudi, and Woody Allen, a crazy, genius director whose films explores the complexities of relationships. It's exhilarating, sexy, and filmed in Spain. Need I say more?

Hubby doesn't mind watching Hitch, actually he watched it 2 weeks ago, but I have already seen it, so we didn't watch it together. so after watching a romantic movie, you demand romance? ma try nga yan, kaso pruo sci fi pinapanood namin before matulog, kaya kagabi, ccronicles of sarah o'connor, ano ba yan, hehehe.
di ko pa napanood both movies yay!! i need to see this asap hihih
