“The car trip can draw the family together, as it was in the days before television when parents and children actually talked to each other.” ~ Andrew H. Malcolm
Photos of our little driver!
My son loves playing with the steering wheel. As soon as we reach the basement parking, Andreas would climb up the driver's seat.
But of course his special place is at the back with his Ferrari car seat (we are lucky he got used being alone there and hardly complains during road trips)
Andreas excited getting an aerial view of the customized exotic cars on Display at Dubai Mall
Our family friends know how excited he is about cars and trucks. He got these two toy trucks for Christmas. We donated the other one (along with his other hardly-used toys) to a Special Education School in Lagawe, Ifugao. We don't want our little boy getting used with plenty of toys. He has to learn to give and/or share at an early age.
My two boys watching 24-Hour Dunlop Car Race at Dubai Motor City. The sun was unbearable but there's no stopping them.

And lastly, Andreas enjoyed his time maneuvering these cars during the Dubai International Motorshow.

16 sweets for Kero:
wow, a real car lover! :D
happy mommy moments!
Wow, he probably might be a car racer someday. :) I'm a fan of Ferrari too. Papa used to watched Michael Shumacker. I don't know if that's the spelling. It's been a long time. Cool cars!
Those are really nice cars! I love his racing suit, mommy Kero. :)
Car racer star in the making.
Our kids and the car
Lots of nice pictures here. I love your philosophy of giving out toys. We, too, don't want too many toys to accumulate while some kids don't have any.
And I also like your quote. That's the reason why car is a necessity to us because, as much as we could, we want to expose our kids to places and to nature. Not just play computer games or watch videos all the time making them couch potatoes or inactive kids with the tendency to become obese.
Thanks for sharing your sensible thoughts.
Your boy will grow up carholic hehehe...
he is really fascinated about cars. he'll be one of those racers one day. and those cars are beautiful. the truth is I haven't touched any of those in real life.
