Opposites Attract!!

Posted by Kero at Wednesday, August 04, 2010
This week's Couple's Corner theme encourages to share how we are total opposites of our better half.

To put it simply, what hubby can do, I cannot do.

He's good with numbers and I can only add up to 10. He is good with people whilst I like to make new friends but rarely show it. I am a junk food addict and he will choose fruits and vegetables at any given time. He can play the guitar, sing very well while my voice makes other people's ear bleed. He is not afraid to make fun of himself and I am the self-conscious one.

He is very artsy as he chose to study architecture first before proceeding with his engineering course. I, on the other hand can only perfect the shape of an octagon. He cares about plants and green trees. He buys plant box and seeds while I look out for new  discount on shoes. He likes country music, and I am a rock n' rolla gal.

In a challenging situation, he exhausts diplomatic means. I go make talak.

Thank goodness that we learned to respect each other's differences. It definitely puts humor in marriage.

though my husband and I have the same beliefs and values, still we have few differences. I think God made it that way. the differences balance the marriage and make a complete love nest.

happy CC!

You make talak? hehehe..ganyan din ako ke hubby, kaya minsan tinatanong ako kung nagsasalita pa raw ba siya eh bakit dakdak pa ako ng dakdak..Bakit parang walang similarities mga hubbies natin. junk eater ka pala gaya ni Niko, ako naman mahilig din sa fruits pero depende sa mood ko. at ang isa pa nating similarities, wala rin akong art blood na dumadaloy sa aking mga ugat. buti ka nga nakaka shape pa ng octagon, hehehe..ako as in zero art talaga. Minsan talaga, kapag opposite, lalo pang nagkakasundo than those who are compatible in everything, wala naman thrill yun, boring di ba?

I'm a rock and roller girl too. lols. Evanecense, I love it! Bring me to life! hehehe, Hubby on the other hand is a classic musician, e loves piano so my it was a big turn for my music interest these days, but I still hear rock music with my friends though.
