Carved Watermelon

I took the photo during a family Friday Brunch at Flora Creek Hotel in Deira. This decorative watermelon served as centerpiece at the salad bar area of The Olive Tree Restaurant.

@wits: i think it would be harder to carve a fully ripe watermelon. the smaller details could be soggy =)

@tatess: naku sinabi mo pa. my son was eyeing it all the while. mabuti na lang my fresh fruit salad among the buffet desssert

Nagtataasan at naglalakihan nga talaga ang mga building sa Dubai. It's amazing some people could make a design out from fruits. Like it and Happy Sunday!
